Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation and order approval. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional carriers as appropriate. Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on order size, destination, and product requirements.
Specific shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Destination address
- Selected shipping method
- Current carrier rates
All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Promotional free shipping offers, when available, will be indicated at checkout.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. These are estimates only and not guarantees.
Typical delivery timeframes:
- Standard Ground: 3-7 business days
- Expedited: 2-3 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, and destination accessibility.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal, state, and local regulations governing tobacco and nicotine products:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery
- Certain products cannot be shipped to specific states or jurisdictions
- We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location where delivery is prohibited by law
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that receiving shipments is lawful in their jurisdiction.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website or your Monka Supply Co. account dashboard.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Once your order is shipped, Monka Supply Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
8. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If a carrier cannot deliver your package due to failed delivery attempts or refused delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Monka Supply Co. only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
10. Shipping Address Changes
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes before your order ships.
11. Compliance & Age Verification
In compliance with federal law and the PACT Act:
- Adult signature (21+) may be required at delivery
- We maintain records of all tobacco and nicotine product shipments
- We report shipments as required by applicable law
- Packages may be marked with age-restricted product labels
